Refunds

Refund policy

We stand behind our work. If an IPNEX report does not meet your expectations, we will refund it. This statement says plainly how, and how subscription cancellation works.

14-day money-back on a report

If you are not satisfied with a diligence report, ask us for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. A report is generated for you on purchase and is a point-in-time compilation of the public record; even so, the money-back window stands, so you can buy with confidence. We may ask briefly what fell short, only so we can improve, never as a condition of the refund.

Subscriptions

A subscription bills in advance for its term. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. The first payment of a new subscription carries the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After that window, a renewal that has already been taken is not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal so you are not charged again.

How to request a refund

Use our contact form and choose “Purchase or report help”, with the email you used at checkout. We aim to process refund requests within two business days. Refunds are returned by Stripe to your original payment method; your bank may then take a few more days to show it.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law that applies to you.
